How long does order processing take?

Most orders are handled within 3 to 5 business days. The daily order cutoff time is 6:00 PM CST (UTC+8); orders placed after the cutoff time are counted from the next fulfillment day. Estimated delivery is 11 to 23 business days, including 8 to 18 business days for carrier transit after dispatch. Delivery timing can vary based on destination, carrier performance, customs handling, weather, and seasonal demand.

Do you accept returns?

For most standard items, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Review our Refund Policy before ordering for eligibility, exclusions, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and work with you on an appropriate remedy.

Do you provide tracking?

How do warranty requests work?
